John Oglesby, Founder and CEO of Parking Whisperer
John Oglesby, an accomplished and visionary leader with a wealth of experience, serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Parking Whisperer. With forty-plus years of experience providing parking mobility, technology, equipment, and transportation solutions and innovations. John provides consulting services for professional sports leagues and teams, major shopping centers, commercial property management groups, hospitals, valet operations, gaming resorts, municipalities, and several high-profile clients.
Building on thirty years as a parking operator. John directed and developed extensive sales and client retention teams and engineered long-term client relationships while maximizing customer service and corporate relationships. His experience includes successful careers as CEO with MobileNOW!, Aparc Systems, ParkHub, Director of Parking Management, City of Denver, 15 years with Central Parking System, and ten with Impark. John also ghostwrites for several operators for major proposals and consulting projects.
John was a Senior Regional Manager for Central Parking System (15 years), National Stadium, and Arena Founder/Director with Impark (10 years). John has been a specialist in large-scale public and private sector projects, on-street enforcement, facility design, and numerous high-profile events, including the 2010 Olympic Winter Games, the 2012 London Games, and the 2008 Republic and Democratic National Conventions. John has built, designed, modified, or enhanced more than 200 professional sports venues.
John is a founder or contributor/owner of several parking-related entities that serve the parking and parking-related industries. These entities include ParkHub, Parking, Lot Spot, and RESULT$ consulting. John is a subject matter expert with five emerging or established technology companies.
John provides consulting, operational guidance, vision, and client buy-in on projects large and small. John presents annually at multiple parking and transportation tradeshows and is a frequent author. John has developed and integrated multiple state-of-the-art turn-key parking and transportation systems. John is also a committee member, presenter, and regular contributor to the National Parking Association, Stadium Managers Association, the International Parking, Mobility Institute, and the Institute of Real Estate Management. Additionally, John is a sought-after presenter and has presented at the National Parking Association Winter Leadership Forum, the Parking Consultants Council, and the International Parking and Mobility Conference.
John is a member of the TKE Foundation Board for Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity. The Foundation supports St. Jude Children’s Hospital, the Wounded Warrior Project, and The Ronald Reagan Alzheimer’s Research Foundation. John is a Mentor with the American Express Strive Program. John is in leadership or contributory positions with Catholic Sports, The American Battlefield Trust, the 9/11 Memorial Museum, the Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum, The Wounded Warrior Project, and several Philanthropic Organizations Anonymously.

Jim McKenzie, Vice President, Learning and Development

With a multifaceted career spanning medical management, not-for-profit leadership, and extensive corporate training, Jim stands out as a visionary director committed to fostering growth and innovation.
Jim’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to found Kova Management Group and McKenatt Group, specializing in medical management and patient billing services. Through these ventures, he demonstrated his ability to navigate the complexities of the healthcare industry while ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.
His role as Director of Support Services at Eagle Ridge Institute showcased Jim’s versatile leadership. Responsible for a broad range of functions including Human Resources, Information Technology, CARF certification, Americorps Vista Program, Volunteers, Community Outreach, fundraising, SOP Committee, and Learning and Development, Jim played a pivotal role in driving the organization’s mission of delivering community-responsive programs.
With over 25 years of experience as a corporate trainer, Jim has left an indelible mark on industry giants such as HSN, QVC, Ballard Designs, Grandin Road, Frontgate, and Sprint. His expertise in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs has consistently exceeded operational objectives and enhanced employee performance.
Jim’s commitment to adapting and innovating in the face of challenges became particularly evident during the pandemic. As the Senior Learning and Development Consultant with JMC Consulting, he played a crucial role in helping numerous businesses, schools, and colleges transition seamlessly from traditional in-person learning to effective online learning platforms.
Now, as the Learning and Development Director for Parking Whisperer, Jim brings his wealth of experience to drive employee growth, streamline operations, and enhance the learning experience for the entire organization.
